We are a fast-paced, growing independent insurance agency seeking a motivated Inside Property & Casualty Insurance Producer to join our team. This role focuses on writing new personal and commercial lines business while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
About the Role
As an Inside Producer, you will work closely with prospects and clients to identify insurance needs, provide tailored coverage solutions, and drive new business growth. This is a sales-focused position ideal for someone who is self-driven, competitive, and thrives in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business for personal and commercial P&C policies
- Efficiently work multiple leads and prioritizing time
- Conduct needs-based consultations with clients and prospects
- Cross-sell and upsell appropriate coverage solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up in agency systems
- Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license in the state of North Carolina (required)
- Minimum of 2 years experience writing new P&C insurance business
- Experience with both personal and commercial lines preferred
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, inside sales environment
