What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Data Management position at Pier 360?
Pier 360 in Vancouver, WA is seeking a qualified Director of Data Management to play a key role in our organization and is a member of our administrative team. This position is responsible for managing and continuing the development of our support services data system, training team members in effective ways of using the system and providing reliable output and outcome reports to our teams and funders.

The agency currently uses Bonterra Apricot cloud-based data system and the DDM is responsible for training and supporting team users, managing the data IS system, preparing and generating reports for funders, and representing the agency as needed.
The Qualifications (Please refer to the complete position description for details (available online). Proven experience working with database administration, information technology, and database structure. Familiar with database management and the best practices for collection, analysis, and reporting. Experience with cloud-based information systems (Bonterra Apricot is a plus). Experience developing and maintaining reports that use data to demonstrate an organization's success in meeting contract deliverables and desired outcomes, assist an organization in meeting internal goals for continuous quality improvement and identify data errors, and then engage with team members to correct them and learn how to avoid committing similar errors in the future.
The Benefits A salary of $78,000 to $83,000 depending on experience and other considerations related to the position. Comprehensive benefits package, including :
