**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team. **Duties**
- Oversee the overall management of our properties, including daily inspections and maintenance.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of property finances, including rent collection, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including fair housing and landlord-tenant laws.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents and increase occupancy rates.
- Negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices for property services and maintenance.
- Manage and maintain the property's facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for property operations, including tenant screening and lease enforcement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Identify and address any potential issues or concerns with the property, including maintenance and repair needs.
- Collaborate with the real estate administrative team to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to property management decisions.
- Responsibilities
- Assist in leasing activities including lead generation, tours, and lease administration
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Support property maintenance efforts by coordinating repairs and maintenance requests
- Assist in rent collection and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with all property management policies and procedures
- Assist with marketing initiatives to drive occupancy rates
- Conduct property inspections and enforce lease agreements
- Vendor coordination and management
- Invoice coding and depositing checks

**Requirements**
- Proven experience in property management, preferably in a residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of facilities management and property maintenance.
- Experience with legal administrative tasks, including contract review and negotiation.
- Real estate administrative experience, including familiarity with property management software.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate with residents.
- Strong understanding of law and its application to property management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
