These in-person positions offer both short-term and long-term opportunities, with significant potential for growth. Tutors typically start by working with one student and may be assigned additional students based on performance and availability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one academic support to students with special needs, helping them achieve academic and social goals.
- Assist students in meeting their Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives.
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to students’ strengths and needs.
- Monitor and document student progress, sharing updates with teachers, parents, and administrators as required.
- Support students with academic tasks, social interactions, and study skills development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages respect and understanding.
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and colleagues to ensure consistent and transparent collaboration.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities related to special education.
