Overview
Pierson Media is a growing digital marketing agency based in Miami, Florida. We specialize in digital strategy, design, paid media, and CRM for clients across industries, especially in B2B and SaaS. We're looking for a Messaging and Content Strategy Lead to join our team and help shape the strategic voice and digital presence of our clients.
This is a mid-level, full time, fully remote position with room for growth. You’ll work closely with our design, marketing, and content teams to lead messaging across websites, social campaigns, and digital deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead messaging strategy for multiple client accounts, primarily B2B and SaaS
- Develop brand positioning, voice guidelines, and messaging frameworks
- Write or support the creation of digital marketing proposals and strategy decks, including:
- Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Buyer Personas
- Customer Journey Mapping
- Company Personality and Brand Voice
- Content Strategy aligned with growth objectives
- Translate strategy into deliverables such as websites, email campaigns, social content, and reports
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other marketing specialists to ensure consistent execution
- Present strategy and messaging recommendations to clients clearly and confidently
Qualifications
- Three to six years of experience in messaging, content strategy, or digital brand strategy
- Proven ability to lead or contribute to the development of ICPs, personas, journey maps, and content strategies
- Excellent research and synthesis skills. You can take client interviews, market research, and competitor insights and turn them into positioning
- Strong written communication and editing skills
- Comfortable collaborating with designers and marketers to bring messaging to life across platforms
- Familiar with tools like WordPress, Canva, Go High Level, and Monday.com
- Experience in B2B or SaaS industries is a plus
- Located in South Florida or open to a hybrid schedule in the future is preferred
