This full-time, regular/at-will position is based at PHP and does not require travel. As a UM Customer Support Representative, you will be an integral part of a high-performance, customer-focused team environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our medical group members and providers. You will handle inquiries via telephone and/or emails, ensuring that all communications are addressed in a timely and accurate manner. PIH Health is a nonprofit, regional healthcare network that serves approximately 3 million residents in the Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Gabriel Valley region.
