The Epic Applications Manager will oversee the following Epic systems: Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing, Claims Remittance, Dorothy Home Care, and Comfort Hospice Billing. This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, support, and optimization of Epic software applications across the healthcare organization. This role will work closely with clinical, administrative, and IT stakeholders to ensure the effective and efficient use of the Epic system, thereby improving patient care, workflow efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in an analyst or manager role
- Certification in Epic applications
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Epic applications
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Experience in revenue cycle management
