The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with order fulfillment, and contributing to the overall success of our business. **Responsibilities:** - Utilize retail math skills to process sales transactions accurately - Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to drive sales - Assist with RV diagnostics and maintenance tasks - Support dealership operations and sales initiatives - Ensure efficient order fulfillment processes - Demonstrate phone etiquette when communicating with customers Familiarity with order fulfillment procedures - Understanding of phone etiquette for professional communication
Understanding of parts cataloging and online search.
