FINANCIAL ANALYST

Purpose:

To Work with the Finance Shared Service Team to support multiple areas of Financial accounting including ensuring adherence of Minimum Controls throughout North America, supporting of Internal and External Audits, performing Finance Data Analysis for special projects and coordinating Insurance requirements for the NSG North America Businesses.

Controls Oversight:

• Understand, Communicate and support Minimum and JSOX Controls for all entities within North America
• Work with NA Finance teams to support Internal and External
• Support business units in interpretation and understanding for meeting Controls requirements.
• Champion Adherence of controls, searching and implementing continuous improvement in controls areas.
• Maintain oversight for PNA Blackline Usage for Account Reconciliations as well as Task implementation throughout North America.
• Coordinate with Insurance Providers and Internal Finance Teams to ensure Policies are kept up to date and in line with Group requirements.
• Maintain costs and expense of all Insurance for actuals and budgeting purposes.

Other Duties

• Perform account reconciliations and other accounting duties as assigned to support the closing process
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications Required:

• BS/BA in Finance/Accounting, related field or equivalent experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer and analytical skills – including all modules of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• SAP Experience or general knowledge

Qualifications Desired:

• SAP Expertise in Finance Modules
• Minimum of two years of previous professional experience in finance and/or audit areas
