Pilot Flying J is seeking highly-skilled Restaurant Assistant Managers to assist in running our high-volume, quick service restaurants at travel centers.
As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for helping to manage the restaurant operation within a travel center, filling in for the Restaurant General Manager, and assisting in selecting, coaching, training and developing Team Members.
You will also direct and assign work to Team Members, create a positive work environment, expedite food service and assist with food preparation.
Maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction, food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and a strong food safety environment are also key responsibilities.
