We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our service crew at Pilot Company. As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional guest service, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Rates Starting between: $13.50 - $18.18 / hour. Responsibilities
Provide guests fast, friendly, and clean service. Maintain inventory, operate cash registers, maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant, and provide excellent guest service. Cleanly and safely manage and prep food, maintain Wendy's processes and policies, use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed, and work as part of a team.
Requirements
Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture. Ability to complete accurate sales transactions, cleanly and safely manage and prep food, maintain Wendy's processes and policies, use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed, and work as part of a team. Experience in a similar position preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
