The Community Development Department is comprised of six divisions: Customer Service One Stop Shop, Planning, Engineering, Building Safety, Aquifer Protection, and Code Compliance. The objective for the Community Development Department's is to guide the development of the County through effective measures of planning, design review, construction plan approval, code compliance, and environmental health to preserve and enhance the quality of life for the residents of Pinal County.

Job Summary*
Under limited supervision, manage the human and financial capital and coordinate the work of a Branch or Section(s) within the Development Services Department (DSD). Ensure effective customer and stakeholder engagement to meet County and Department strategic goals and enhance community relations.
This position is an exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not a covered position under the Pinal County Merit System Rules. Incumbents in this position serve at the pleasure of their respective Appointing Authority. The employment relationship is "At-Will" and employment may be terminated at any time, for any reason, with or without cause.
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
