Pool Technician / Pool Service (Maintenance) Location: Pinch A Penny – 1100 62nd Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33702
Pay: $18–$24 per hour (after training) Schedule: Monday–Thursday (more days available if interested)
Paid stipends for lunch
Bonuses for identifying and escalating pool issues
Bonuses for products sold during backyard visits
$750 bonus after 60-day training completion
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Keep truck clean and organized - Skim, brush, and vacuum pools - Backwash and clean filters and salt cells - Perform water testing and add chemicals - Balance pool water - Report equipment issues to store and customer - Upload results, notes, and treatment pictures to app for each customer
QUALIFICATIONS: - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record - Dependable attendance and punctuality - Ability to lift 50 lbs - Able to work full shifts starting at 8 AM - High school diploma or GED - Must interact with customers in a polite and professional manner
