What are the responsibilities and job description for the MDS/Care Plan Coordinator position at Pinckneyville Nursing & Rehab?
Are you a licensed nurse looking for an opportunity to step into a MDS/Nurse Manager role? We are in search of a licensed nurse, RN or LPN, to work directly with our MDS (Minimum Data Set) processes for our skilled nursing facility.
Successful Candidate must:
- Have experience in a skilled nursing facility setting;
- Be focused and detail oriented;
- Be comfortable working with electronic healthcare records (EHR) (we will train you);
- Have excellent clinical/assessment skills.
The MDS Coordinator has a direct support system in our home office in Harrisburg.
Wage is determined by type of license successful candidate possesses, and years with that license desigation. RN wage ranges from $33/hr to $35/hr and LPN wage ranges from $29/hr to $31/hr.
