SUMMARY

Pinelake Church is seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to visually communicate our mission and vision. This role involves creating compelling designs for print, digital, and social platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement with our church community. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Work in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of Pinelake Church.
Assist staff members when needed to support teamwork and contribute to the successful completion of their objectives and strategies.
Basic personal responsibilities :

Maintain a vital and growing personal walk with the Lord through committed Bible study, prayer, meditation, and practicing L3.

Maintain proper priorities at home, including your spouse and children (if applicable).

Faithfully support the ministries of Pinelake through wise stewardship of the resources entrusted to you.

Maintain active participation in the church community.

Reflect a growing awareness and practice of Emotional Healthy Spirituality.

Perform duties to glorify Christ and further the mission and ministry purposes of Pinelake Church as outlined in Colossians 3 : 23-24.

SPECIFIC LIST OF JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and produce high-quality graphic content for print and digital channels, including sermon series artwork, event promotions, social media graphics, and ministry resources.

Maintain consistency with Pinelake's brand guidelines and ensure designs align with the church's mission and vision.

Partner with the Communications Team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and engaging visual narrative across platforms.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools to keep Pinelake's creative work fresh and relevant.

Work with external vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of print and digital materials as needed.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Will coordinate work with social media teams made of servant leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent real-world experience. Two or more years of professional graphic design experience (church or nonprofit experience is a plus).

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Familiarity with Figma or Sketch for design collaboration is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of video editing tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects, is a plus.

KEY ATTRIBUTES

Strong visual storytelling and communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
