Team Member Job Description:
- Arrive ready to work at 7:00 am, assisting with truck preparation and performing various lawn maintenance tasks.
- Responsibilities include mowing, edging, trimming bushes, stringing, blowing, debris cleanup, and other assigned duties.
- Follow directions from the job notes and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Opportunity to engage in diverse landscaping projects such as mulching, sodding, and clean-ups.
- Ensure all accounts on your route meet the standards set by leadership and customers.
- Supervise a team member and assist in their development as the company grows.
- Take ownership of route growth and profitability, communicating needs and addressing client requests or complaints.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with senior leaders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
