JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Architectural Review Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY:
The Architectural Review Coordinator works under the direction of the General Manager and Board of Directors ensuring efficient processing of architectural modification requests.
DAILY DUTIES:
- Answers all phone calls and emails related to modification requests inquiries.
- Manages all resident requests related to architectural modifications, submitted via the resident portal.
- Sets appointments to meet with residents who require assistance with modification requests.
- Ensures accuracy of all modification requests prior to Modification Committee meetings.
- Processes extensions for approved modifications relating to open violations.
- Prepares and mails modification committee review responses to residents
- Requests proof of permit completion as necessary.
- Updates approved changes to the modification guidelines for distribution to residents, committee members, social media managers, and staff.
- Assists with Customer Service Queue and Online Chat
- Updates homeowner contact information and turnover.
- All other duties as assigned.
