Pink Culture Tours is growing fast, especially during our peak Nights of Lights season—and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly. If you’re friendly, organized, and love working in a fun, pink, guest-focused environment, this might be the role for you!

Position Overview

The Office Assistant supports the daily operations of Pink Culture Tours by checking guests in for tours, handling merchandise sales, organizing paperwork, and keeping the office clean and welcoming. This role also requires strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to assist with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Check-In: Greet guests, confirm reservations, check customers in for tours, and answer tour-related questions.
  • Merchandise Sales: Sell and restock Pink Culture merchandise (t-shirts, ornaments, tumblers, etc.).
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Organize and file paperwork
  • Use Google Drive to print required documents
  • Respond to emails when needed
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers
  • Office Upkeep: Keep the office clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Operational Support: Assist guides and management as needed to keep tours running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable working evenings and weekends (Nights of Lights peak season).
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Computer-savvy: Comfortable with Google Drive, email, and basic office tasks.
  • Customer-service oriented with a friendly, upbeat personality.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open availability strongly preferred.
  • Must be willing to grow with us as we expand year-round (seasonal positions considered now through January).
