Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support our e-commerce initiatives. You will collect and analyze data to provide insights that drive strategies, product enhancements, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and manage data from various sources (Amazon, Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.).
- Analyze trends, customer behavior, and purchase patterns.
- Design and analyze A/B tests for e-commerce and marketing optimization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reports.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to marketing and product teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in e-commerce.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify, and Klaviyo.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
