Sales Development Representative I Job Description
Steel Doors and Windows Sales Support
The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a strong passion for customer service with proven
experience in window and door sales, a strong understanding of industry terminology, measurement
techniques, and product knowledge. You will be the primary point of contact for online inquiries; Fielding
calls and online leads to manage workflow for the sales team appropriately, and assisting customers with
stock and standard online orders.

Responsibilities
Must maintain a comprehensive record of client inquires and resolutions within CRM system.
Manage high volume of client inquiries by prioritizing effectively.
Speak clearly and with authority with respect to product knowledge when communicating with
customers by phone, and follow up in a timely manner via email.
Advance online sales opportunities from qualified leads to closed revenue, through timely
follow-up and client outreach by phone and email.
Work with Showroom Manager to research and contact potential and partnered vendors to further
wholesale relationships.
Maintain a comprehensive record of sales actions within CRM system.
Utilize showroom to highlight the full range of our product offering.
Adhere to company policies and work requirements.
Qualifications
Sales experience in windows and doors ideal but not required.
Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn new digital tools.
Experience with CRM systems and digital measurement tools preferred.
Customer service oriented.
Strong organizational skills.
Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good energy and positive attitude.

The PINKYS sales development representative will collaborate closely with the sales team, the PINKYS
Showroom Manager and the Co-Founders. We are seeking a collaborative team player who can providesupport for the PINKYS sales team by managing lead creation, and assisting customers with stock and
standard online orders. We seek an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to grow PINKYS and
provide an exceptional VIP experience for all customers as an initial point of contact.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Saturday 11-2pm
