Description
We are searching for a motivated, experienced supervisor to manage and assist our cleaning staff. 32 to 38 hours weekly, $15.00/hour. This position requires some flexibility as our staff works day and evening shifts in multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of cleaning staff, provide feedback, assist/manage cleaner schedules in multiple buildings.
- Assist with integration of new employees including new hire training, and additional training for all cleaning staff as needed.
- Management of time keeping software
- Analyze cleaning staff performance in each location, report any problem areas, and make recommendations to improve cleaning operations.
- Provide clear communication to supervisor and support to human resources department to help improve turnover, employee motivation, and staff growth and retention.
- Complete building inspections for all clients/buildings
- Schedule and/or perform building deep cleans with cleaning staff when needed.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years experience in staff management.
- Superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, some experience with Microsoft Excel, and the ability to assist with our time keeping app on mobile phones.
- Cleaning experience not required but is a plus.
Compensation$15 hourly
