Architectural Project Manager Responsibilities include the following:

Project Managers may be responsible for projects from inception to Construction Administration. They have the ability to work independently and also lead a team as the project requires. They are motivated problem solvers that take pride in producing quality documents. They will have the support of the Studio Director and the Director of Architecture to ensure PDI is meeting the goals and design intent of our Client’s needs and Project demands. Project Managers coordinate directly with all engineers and consultants to keep the project moving forward efficiently, on schedule, as well as maintaining quality.

The following qualifications are preferred:

· 10 years of experience working on new commercial and industrial projects.

· Strong technical capabilities and experience using AutoCAD and REVIT.

· Able to complete a full set of construction documents based on project needs while demonstrating effective autonomy.

· Strong knowledge with ADA, building codes and the permitting process.

· Excellent communication skills - able to understand project goals and deliverables, initiate and maintain contact with other key project individuals for clarification and coordination of critical issues.

· Proven track record of effectively managing schedules, assignments and team members while producing quality documents.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment while ultimately taking responsibility for the quality of the construction documents.

· Ability to effectively manage staff of all levels.

· Strong ability to write and negotiate contracts for design services and consultant services.

· Demonstrates Site Planning and Building Design abilities.

· Has minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

· Registered Architect in State of Arizona preferred, but not required.
