Job Summary
Pinnacle Physical Therapy has an exciting job opportunity for a full time employee who will be involved in the day to day operations of our growing Physical Therapy Organization. We are looking for someone who loves to work with people and provide exceptional customer service in a friendly healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter who is very organized, takes initiative, has an outgoing positive personality and a willingness to jump in and solve problems.
The responsibilities include
● Handle and oversee the daily operations of the clinic
● Customer Service/Patient relations
● Receptionist duties (support), Insurance Communication and Authorization for Treatment roles
● Marketing and Patient Acquisition Activities in tandem with staff and Marketing manager
● Finance Director in conjunction with Owner
● AR management as Liaison with outsourced Billing Company
● Payables Management
● Payroll Responsibilities
● Liaison between the Outsourced Billing Department/management
● Manage Patient Care Coordinator and other full and part-time office staff administrative staff
● General clinic/facilities management
● HR responsibilities
