Job Title: Field Service Technician
Job Type: 3 Months Contract (Temp – Hire)
Pay Rate: $ 22.17/hr. on W2 without benefits
Job Location: Cleveland, OH 44092 and Cleveland, OH 44060
Shift: Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun - 3:00p - 11:30p and Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri - 3:00pm-11:30pm
Qualifications:
Proposed work days and times: [Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun - 3:00p - 11:30p and Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri - 3:00pm-11:30pm] Training hours may differ. ***Subject to change with some variation of possible rotation, weekends, nights, OT. Approx. [Candidates must reside in the Metro area] travel range.
Primary work location [Cleveland, OH 44060 (Mentor area)]. 100% travel within territory assigned.
5 years’ experience with electromechanical equipment, ATM experience a definite plus!!
Requirements:
High school Diploma (or equivalent)
Have a valid driver's license and driving record that satisfies requirements
Drive your personal vehicle for the first 90 days to job sites.
Physical & Technical Requirements:
This is a physical job, so you must have the ability to do the following:
- A valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record within company-required standards.
- Ability to successfully pass background and drug testing
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in close quarters within and around the equipment.
- Familiarity with computers and a variety of consumer communications devices, such as smart phones.
- Travel to/from assigned territories and company facilities, including during inclement weather is essential.
- Service experience or electro mechanical experience is a plus
- You will be driving your personal vehicle the first 90 day of the apprentice program to multiple job sites.
You are responsible for:
-Performing maintenance on ATMs (e.g., card reader, printer, reset and test devices, etc.). Electro mechanical repair.
-Performing basic installation functions (e.g., set up and test equipment, pulling cables, mounting devices, installing
locks)
-Performing technical fixes such as clearing paper jams, card jams, bill jams, etc.
-Inspecting products for correct operation and resolving noted issues and/or escalating according to established procedures
-Prioritizing and planning service calls
