- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with general inquiries and provide accurate information to callers and visitors
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of front desk activities
- Provide support to staff and teachers as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using office equipment, such as phone systems, copiers, and computers
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
