What You'll Do:
- Perform installations, upgrades, and repairs of broadband services in residential and commercial settings.
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best installation practices for each location.
- Ensure equipment and service installations meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to connectivity, equipment, and customer network setups.
- Provide exceptional customer service, educating customers on their services and equipment use.
