What You’ll Do as a Client Enrollment Representative
- Engage directly with customers to present fiber internet, wireless, and telecom services
- Guide clients through service enrollments, activations, billing questions, and plan upgrades
- Deliver exceptional customer service and sales assistance in every interaction
- Maintain detailed records of client accounts, enrollment activity, and performance goals
- Support team initiatives and collaborate with leadership to improve customer engagement
