Platting Coordinator
This position requires thorough knowledge project administration, scheduling, and customer service. They will be the customer liaison to the Platting Department and help relay documents between the two as well as with jurisdictions. They will manage the project schedule and communicate deadlines and project status with members of the Platting Department. This position requires someone who is able to be focused with attention to detail and enjoys clerical work.
Job Functions
- Responsible for providing organized, consistent, and effective routine coordination throughout the platting project process, and to efficiently process, organize, and file related forms and documents
- Prepare routine correspondence (letters, memos, meeting notes, and proposals) and review outgoing materials for conformance with Pioneer standards
- Download and print jurisdictional comments, approvals, and markups
- Review plats for errors
- Prepare variance and public hearing packets
- Upload documents, schedule recordation appointments, and file plats with jurisdictions
- Request, obtain, and send tax certifications and statements
- Manage clients’ expectations and requests
- Provide client project status updates and respond to technical questions
- Professional appearance and phone presence
- Assisting with meeting setup and calendaring
- Attending meetings and discussions as required and ensuring meeting notes are adequately documented
- When necessary, assist front office with greeting guests and answering phones.
Requirements
- Associates degree or higher
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel
- Familiar with project scheduling
- Work history in Administration, Accounting, or
- Valid Driver License and a means to travel for work
Salary : $20 - $25
