CALLING ALL EXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS AND MECHANICS!

Cars Automotive Repair Shop is expanding at its primary location in White Lake and taking over a book of business at another location. You have a unique opportunity to learn a high paying niche within the auto industry as Cars Auto specializes in RV chassis work. The shop also repairs cars, trucks, and fleet vehicles which keeps us busy year around and offers you consistent pay. Has certifications
Has their own tools
Growth minded and wants to be part of a growing company
Experienced with diesel engines or willing to learn
Open to being mentored and learning how to work on Class A, B, and C motorhomes

Higher than average industry labor rate - Learn a niche within the automotive repair industry and earn more income.

Base pay Commission - You can control how much you earn. Base pay begins at $21.25 per hour. Commission depends on experience and certifications. Commission begins at 10% and goes to 21%.

Flexible schedule - 4 ten hour days available. No weekends. 3 days off per week.

Tool allowance - Paid out yearly. Any unused amount is paid out as a bonus at year end.

Paid vacation.

Paid training - The more you learn the higher your commission becomes.

Requirements :

Proven experience as an Automotive Technician.

Certification(s) from the state required.

Strong understanding of automotive systems and technology.

Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Valid driver's license.

About Cars Automotive Repair Shop

Cars Auto is located in White Lake and has been around for nearly 50 years. We are the only shop in the area to specialize in RV chassis work. The shop is under new ownership and is expanding into multiple locations. Cars Auto services consumer cars and trucks, RVs, and fleet vehicles. Most recently the shop has been approved to service Amazon fleet vehicles. We’ve also begun to service Advanced Driver Awareness Systems (ADAS) and can work on most makes and models. Cars Auto has a forward thinking owner, a manager who treats our employees fairly, and service advisors who communicate well with our techs. We also use up to date software (TekMetric), advanced scan tools (Matco) and are in the process of revamping and remodeling the shop. Come and be part of something that you can be proud of.
