What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator position at Pioneer Packaging?
Pioneer Packaging is a family-owned and operated wholesale packaging distributor founded in 1984. We service Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska with a growing presence in the western United States region. As a distributor, our number one goal is to have satisfied customers by providing superior customer service from accurately placed and picked orders to on-time delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm (plus overtime, as needed)
- Accurately and efficiently pick orders
- Load trucks in an organized manner
- Pulling will-call orders
- Show up to work each day on time and ready to work
Qualifications
- Forklift experience required
- Team player willing to help others
- Ability to physically lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Able to maintain a high work level throughout the shift
- Flexible and willing to shift focus when asked
- Must be able to pass a drug test and submit to background check
Required Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
