What are the responsibilities and job description for the Control Room Operator position at Pioneer Production Services Inc.?
Position: Control Room Operator
Schedule: 7/7 Night Shift 6PM-6AM
Work with Supervisors, Field Staff, Consultants, and other department personnel on Oil and Gas Production, Water, Construction and Field Service related activities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls from company employees, vendors dispatching and relaying information as needed to appropriate personnel.
Communicate between shifts on all operation concerns, issues and ongoing projects.
Report and track all activity happening on nightly 12-hour shift in the field to provide an accurate shift turn over.
Deliver, update, and record all work order information for the Operations Control Center.
Work in a team environment while completing job related tasks individually.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office products.
Must have customer service skills.
Willingness to change and adapt as shift progresses.
Must Pass pre-employment and random drug screens and criminal background check.
* Prior control room, dispatching, and or oil and gas field related experience is preferred but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
