Piper Companies is currently seeking a Demand Generation Manager for a global Insurance Company with offices in Southern New Jersey.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Develop digital programs that generate, and nurture leads via events, SEM, email, retargeting, targeted social, and other campaigns to drive business growth.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Demand Generation Manager leads efforts to create digital tools and resources that provide genuine value to build awareness, strengthen brand preference, and enhance full-funnel marketing efforts.
Responsibilities for the Demand Generation Manager:
· Create, execute, and oversee digital capabilities to plan, organize, and increase digital effectiveness.
· Stay current on industry trends and digital capabilities of partners, competitors, and potential vendors.
· Develop, execute, and optimize demand generation and paid advertising efforts aligned with business goals
· Utilize, develop, own and execute demand generation activities
· Assist with landing page optimization, lead gen and follow-up, and SEO projects.
· Assisting in content development to target consumers through the full lifecycle.
Qualifications for the Demand Generation Manager:
· Experience using critical thinking/analysis skills to generate measurable success while working in ambiguous situations.
· Extensive project management background managing digital projects from concept to implementation.
· Expertise with reporting capabilities and know how to use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media effectiveness/monitoring tools.
· Expert in Google, Bing, and Facebook Advertising Suites, Google Analytics and Excel
· Solid background with variety of industry standard tools.
· Balance data-driven decisions against the 'art' of media strategy.
· 3-5 years of demand generation experience preferred.
Compensation for the Demand Generation Manager:
• Salary Range: $75-105k
