This role is part of a brand-new 1.8 GWh utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) site near Salome, AZ. Our team is hiring Field Service Technicians to support this ambitious project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations, preventive maintenance, and inspections on BESS equipment.
- Assist senior field engineers with system troubleshooting, inverter/PCS diagnostics, and firmware updates.
- Document all site activities, maintenance tasks, and performance checks with accuracy.
- Follow and enforce strict safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the OEM's service team to ensure maximum uptime and operational reliability.

Requirements:

- OSHA 10 and NFPA 70E certifications are a plus.
