We are currently looking for an Associate to join our Debt Capital Markets team in New York, NY.

Qualifications include:
- Prior Debt Capital Markets experience at the associate/analyst level
- Degree in finance or related field preferred but not required
- Excellent analytical and modeling skills and knowledge of accounting
- Committed work ethic and high level of enthusiasm, initiative and leadership potential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop rapport with existing and potential clients
- Highly motivated, team player

The anticipated starting salary range for New York City-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $175,000 - $225,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
