We’re Hiring: Purchasing & Billing Coordinator

Do you have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy keeping things accurate and organized? PIPESTONE is seeking a Purchasing & Billing Coordinator to support our purchasing and accounting operations by ensuring vendor invoices are processed accurately and on time.
What You’ll Do:
- Review and match vendor invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation
- Ensure accurate coding, dating, and timely entry of invoices into Sage
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with internal teams and vendors
- Maintain accurate billing and payment records
- Assist with audits and internal reviews by providing documentation
- Support accounts receivable functions as needed
- Communicate clearly and professionally across teams
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma required
- 2–3 years of relevant purchasing, billing, or accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and listening skills
- Ability to uphold PIPESTONE’s core values at all times
