Affiliate Marketing Manager

Essence of the role (Role’s Purpose):    Join our dynamic team as a Global Affiliate Marketing Manager and lead our comprehensive affiliate marketing program. This pivotal role is designed for a high-performing, data-driven marketing professional experienced in driving growth and efficiency across global markets. You will spearhead all stages of our affiliate marketing initiatives, from ideation to execution and analysis.    Recipe for Success (Responsibilities):•    Additional duties as assigned•    Lead our global affiliate marketing program through all stages, including brainstorming, developing, launching, maintaining, marketing, and analyzing. •    Develop and implement innovative strategies focused on driving profitable subscriber acquisition, conversion, and marketing efficiency.•    Drive recruitment and business development to forge new relationships with affiliate partners, including editorial publishers, affiliate networks, incentive programs, and cross-brand collaborations.•    Regularly analyze performance data to identify key improvement areas, scaling opportunities, and strategies for optimizing marketing spend, directly contributing to achieving business objectives•    Take full ownership of channel performance, presenting findings and strategies to senior leaders. Lead the forecasting, roadmap, and goal-setting processes for the affiliate channel.•    Develop a robust test and learn plan based on data and analytics to enhance performance and marketing spend. •    Manage direct relationships with top-tier affiliate partners and external vendors/agencies.•    Stay on top of emerging trends in affiliate marketing to evaluate new management approaches, publisher models, or technologies, ensuring our business remains ahead of the competition.      Ingredients Required (Qualifications):•    Exceptionally organized with proven multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities seamlessly.•    Demonstrated understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape, including expertise in all types of affiliate partnerships (editorial, cashback, card-linked offers, strategic brand partners, etc.), and the ability to optimize these relationships for peak performance.•    Experience working with global brands and managing affiliate partnerships both within the US and internationally, showcasing a global marketing perspective•    Highly analytical mindset, with a deep understanding of the acquisition funnel, performance marketing KPIs, and levers for profitability. Proficiency in interpreting and leveraging data to drive decision-making•    Strategic self-starter with ability to navigate cross-functional teams.•    Proven track record of driving projects from start to finish•    Passion for innovation, creative problem solving, and building positive relationships with both internal and external partners•    Flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and multifaceted environment•    Excellent communication abilities, coupled with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to achieve results•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.   Role’s Physical Requirements:•    Must be able to lift 50lbs•    Must be able to stand for 8 hours•    Must be able to work in a physically challenging environment      We proudly offer: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Company Match, Pet insurance and more!
