Order Picker- 1st Shift

Essence of the role (Role’s Purpose): Under the direction of the Manager/Supervisor/Lead Person, the Order Picker is responsible for picking and scanning finished goods items for orders. Also responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect. Recipe for Success (Responsibilities): • Other duties as assigned • Ensure correct products are being scanned/picked for orders • Help restock pick locations when needed  • Responsible for housekeeping in pick area • Participates in training of new order pickers  • Ensure Tablet and Scanner are returned to charge area at the end of the day. • Ensure safety regulations are followed in warehouse  • Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance     Ingredients Required (Qualifications): • High school diploma or G.E.D  • 1 year experience in a warehouse environment  • Must be able to lift 30lbs  • Must be able to stand for 8 hours • Flexibility for overtime when needed  • Must be able to read/write English • Ability to work autonomously and use resources available to complete tasks timely • Must comply with GMP requirements; specific functions and documents will be discussed in GMP and on the job training Role’s Physical Requirements: • Must be able to lift 50lbs • Must be able to stand for 8 hours • Must be able to work in a physically challenging environment  We proudly offer: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Company Match, Pet insurance and more!
