We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone and email requests
- Monitoring and responding to RMM alerts
- Documenting requests in ticketing software
- Resetting passwords
- Document all work performed
- Install and configure PC’s
- Troubleshooting hardware, operating system and applications in a networked environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
