We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone and email requests
  • Monitoring and responding to RMM alerts
  • Documenting requests in ticketing software
  • Resetting passwords
  • Document all work performed
  • Install and configure PC’s
  • Troubleshooting hardware, operating system and applications in a networked environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
