Who we are
Pittsburgh Spay & Vaccination Clinic is looking to add a friendly and dedicated receptionist to our fantastic team! This position plays an integral role in providing excellent care to our patients and outstanding customer service to our clients.
We are looking for individuals with a background in:
- Customer service
- Veterinary care, kennel work
- Teamwork
This is a full-time position with a fixed schedule. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Taking phone calls and routing messages
- Booking appointments
- Greeting clients
- Processing payments
- Handling email correspondences
- Work with the rest of the team to provide an exceptional experience for our clients & patients.
