Description
Under the direct supervision from the Director of Human Resources, the Junior Human Resources Associate will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support directly to the HR Department.
Communicate with Directors and leadership to coordinate schedules
Prepare essential documentation, including memos, reports, and other forms of communication
Handle human resource duties, including managing personnel databases and assist with payroll
Assist with all agency audits
Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research
Act as the organizational receptionist and receive calls and guests
Answer and respond to organization emails and phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate parties as necessary
Communicate regularly with staff to help procure needed items
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must pass fingerprint background and drug test.
Associate's degree in office administration is preferred
2-3 years of experience for entry-level positions
Familiarity with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Expectations:
Maintain working relations with staff and public. Recognizing and maintaining confidentiality of work materials. Working independently in the absence of supervision.
Needs to be able to give 40 hours a week and be dependable. Provide appropriate assistance to the public and staff of Pivot Inc.
Salary : $16 - $19
