We're seeking a detail-driven Fixture Purchasing Agent to join a high-impact team supporting retail store projects for a major Fortune 500 retailer. From new store openings to remodels and fixture refreshes, you'll play a key role in ensuring all materials—from fixtures to signage—arrive on time, within budget, and to spec.

What You'll Do
- Purchase fixtures, signage, and related materials for retail stores, corporate offices, and distribution centers
- Issue and manage purchase orders while tracking project budgets and timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international vendors
- Forecast project needs using Excel and support annual bid strategy
- Communicate status updates and delivery risks to internal project teams
- Reconcile invoices and resolve vendor discrepancies in a timely manner
- Analyze fixture supply levels and proactively resolve shortages or delays
- Collaborate cross-functionally with store planning, project management, and installation teams
- Handle special purchasing projects as needed
What You'll Bring
- 3 years of purchasing experience (fixture or store planning environment strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple purchase cycles at once
- Detail-oriented and proactive in resolving issues independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Smartsheet experience preferred
- Solid understanding of budget tracking, cost control, and vendor negotiation
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Collaborative mindset with a customer service orientation
- Experience with PeopleSoft or similar purchasing software a plus
