SUMMARY OF JOB: This position is responsible for Adult Case Management, ACT, Supported Employment and Peer services within the agency, assuring a full continuum of care for individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses, severe emotional disturbances, or developmental disabilities. They will also supervise the OBRA coordinator and oversee the OBRA program. This position reports to the CCO.
