Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers ensuring a positive experience with our company. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various customer interactions effectively. We are also looking to hire Kitchen help. Full time and part time positions available. Must be willing to train in all positions. Salary depends on experience. Willing to train.
Duties
- Prepare orders quickly and accurately.
- Assist customers with order processing.
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Answer phones.
- Must be flexible and reliable.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while answering and talking to customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, previous experience in prepping ingredients as well as making orders is also preferred, but will train.
- Proficiency in English and bilingual is a plus.
- Strong cash handling experience.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and adapt to various tasks as needed. Follows directions and detail oriented.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
