Our manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and ensuring top-notch guest experience. This is a hands-on role suited for someone with strong leadership, customer service, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including dine-in, takeout, and delivery
- Train and manage kitchen staff
- Monitor food quality and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and care
- Promote a clean, safe, and positive work environment
Qualifications
- 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Working knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- ServSafe certification preferred. Must become TIPS certified once hired
