Concrete Superintendent

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Concrete Superintendent, you will be responsible for assisting in various concrete construction tasks, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards on the job site.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various projects, including foundations, sidewalks,culverts
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment related to concrete work, including mixers, saws, and vibrators.
- Perform tasks such as mixing concrete, setting forms, and finishing surfaces to meet project specifications.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all work meets industry standards and project requirements,also meet PL Russell standards.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Utilize ipad for time and quantity records for project management when required.

Experience
- Previous experience as a Concrete Superintendent or Foreman is required.
- Familiarity with Aldot Specifications a plus.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and techniques in construction is beneficial.
- Experience in supervising teams and managing multiple jobs.
- Understanding of budgeting processes related to construction projects is advantageous.
- Ability to read blueprints is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.47 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Supervising experience: 10 years (Required)
• Concrete forming: 5 years (Required)
