- Work collaboratively on production teams from Schematic Design through Construction Documents maintaining a high level of quality of work product.
- Produce detailed documents meeting specific standards, building codes, and guidelines.
- Communicate with firm's project architects, managers, designers, and principals, and outside consultants.
- Some technical knowledge of building systems and products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent drawing skills and proficiency with design software including Revit (required); and familiarity with SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar packages (desired).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- BS degree in Architecture (licensed or in process of acquiring license).
