Job Description:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale mechanical construction projects from planning to execution. You will provide executive-level oversight, guide project teams, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight & Leadership
• Provide executive-level oversight on multiple large-scale design-build MEP projects
• Guide all phases of the project lifecycle: business development handoff, preconstruction, design coordination, procurement, construction execution, commissioning, and close-out
• Client & Partner Engagement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level client representatives and owners
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships through trust, communication, and performance
• Financial & Contract Management
• Own project financial performance, including P&L, forecasting, cost control, billing, change orders, and earned revenue
• Evaluate and mitigate financial and operational risks across all active projects
• Team & Talent Development
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of project managers, engineers, field leaders, and support staff
• Participate in workforce planning and resource allocation across multiple jobs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 12 years of progressive construction experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management or project executive role overseeing large-scale MEP or integrated design-build projects

Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
