Job Description:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale mechanical construction projects from planning to execution. You will provide executive-level oversight, guide project teams, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight & Leadership
- Provide executive-level oversight on multiple large-scale design-build MEP projects
- Guide all phases of the project lifecycle: business development handoff, preconstruction, design coordination, procurement, construction execution, commissioning, and close-out
- Client & Partner Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level client representatives and owners
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships through trust, communication, and performance
- Financial & Contract Management
- Own project financial performance, including P&L, forecasting, cost control, billing, change orders, and earned revenue
- Evaluate and mitigate financial and operational risks across all active projects
- Team & Talent Development
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of project managers, engineers, field leaders, and support staff
- Participate in workforce planning and resource allocation across multiple jobs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 12 years of progressive construction experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management or project executive role overseeing large-scale MEP or integrated design-build projects
