Position: Night Auditor
Location: Homewood Suites by Marriott, Frederick, MD
Shift: Nights
As a Night Auditor with Plamondon Hospitality Partners, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive guest experience with your warm demeanor and attention to detail. Your duties will include:
- Welcoming guests with a friendly greeting, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they arrive.
- Managing guest bookings according to company guidelines, including efficient check-in and check-out processes, answering phones, and handling financial transactions with accuracy.
- Coordinating effectively with all hotel departments to address guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the management team, contributing to the overall success of the hotel.
- Performing physical aspects of the job, including sitting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching, and walking for up to 90% of the workday, as well as lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs.
