Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Rochester, NY 14621 (Upstate New York healthcare job)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: September 7, 2025
• End Date: December 7, 2025
• Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1980 - $2030 per week
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license (required at time of submission)
• Minimum 1 year of recent CVICU nursing experience
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records (required)
• Willingness to float to other hospital units as needed
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the Rochester facility
• Ability to complete pre-start training modules as required.
  
  

CVICU RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to cardiovascular intensive care patients
• Monitor and assess critically ill cardiac and vascular patients
• Administer medications, manage IV drips, and operate advanced CVICU equipment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document all patient care activities using EPIC EHR
• Float to other nursing units as required by hospital needs
