Team Member – Planet Smoothie (Las Vegas)
We are seeking a reliable, energetic Team Member to join our Planet Smoothie location in Las Vegas. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and has availability to work weekday morning shifts starting at 7:30 AM, along with a flexible schedule for additional shifts as needed.
As a Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while helping ensure the smooth daily operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations
- Create a welcoming and positive experience for every guest
Smoothie & Food Preparation
- Prepare smoothies, bowls, and other menu items following standard recipes
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation
- Safely operate blenders and kitchen equipment
Cash Handling & Order Processing
- Operate the POS system and process payments accurately
- Handle cash and electronic transactions responsibly
- Maintain accountability for register drawers
Cleanliness & Food Safety
- Keep workstations, equipment, and customer areas clean and sanitized
- Follow food safety and health guidelines at all times
- Assist with restocking, organizing, and maintaining store appearance
Teamwork & Operations
- Support teammates during busy periods
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily tasks
- Help ensure smooth and efficient store operations
What We’re Looking For
- Availability to work weekday mornings starting at 7:30 AM
- Flexible schedule for additional shifts when needed
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills for order and payment processing
- Willingness to follow procedures and food safety standards
- Nevada Health Card (or ability to obtain one)
Previous food service or retail experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training.
